Our strategic partnerships with governments, international organizations, and development agencies have enabled us to design and implement high-impact projects that transform education systems, bridge skills gaps, and promote inclusive economic growth.

Government of Uganda - Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES)
- Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) - Islamic Development Bank Project: Curriculum review and development for selected TVET focus areas.
- Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) - OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) Project: Institutional capacity-building for eight technical institutions in Uganda.
- Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) - Belgo-Uganda Study & Consultancy Fund Project: Strategy development for National Instructors College Abilonino (NICA) to become a center of excellence.
- Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) - Support Skilling Uganda Project: Developing and delivering capacity-building interventions under PPP work packages.
- Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) - Uganda Skills Development Project (USDP) under The World Bank Project: International accreditation, curriculum adaptation, and faculty training for Uganda Technical College Bushenyi.
- Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) - Albertine Region Sustainable Development Project (ARSDP) under The World Bank Project: Consultancy for accreditation and faculty training at Uganda Petroleum Institute Kigumba (UPIK).
- Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) - Education Policy Review Commission (EPRC): Analysis of Uganda’s education and training system, focusing on TVET sector trends, regulatory gaps, and global best practices.
Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU)
- Skills Development Facility (SDF) under GOU / World Bank Projects: Master Crafts Project.
- GROW Project under GOU / World Bank Projects: Enhancing market access for refugees and women entrepreneurs in Adjumani and Yumbe.
- PSFU/ENABEL – Work Readiness Program: Design of Work Readiness Curriculum and Trainers Guide.
ENABEL – Belgian Development Agency
- Technical Teacher Training Enhancement Project: Strengthening BTVET technical teacher training and student industrial attachment initiatives.
- BTC/EU Support Program for Refugee Settlements in West Nile: Conducting a BTVET needs assessment and developing intervention strategies.
- Labour Market Scan & Skilling Uganda Strategic Plan Support: Identifying priority training needs and supporting strategic planning in Uganda’s western and Karamoja regions.
- Support for the Implementation of the Skilling Uganda Strategic plan at the National Level and in the Karamoja region

- Needs Assessment and Project Formulation for the Proposed Technical and Vocational Education Support (TVES) Project in Uganda
